ES The cost of herbal medicine will be between £40 - 60 per month. ( In view of the current interim measures governing Chinese herbal medicines, all prescriptions will be in powder form. Once statutory regulation is in place, herbs should be available in other formats again, e.g. pills and capsules.)
If herbal treatment is combined with acupuncture, the charge for the herbal consultation is included in the acupuncture fee.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
My normal clinic hours are Mon - Fri, 10am to 8pm excluding Public and Bank holidays.
I work full time from my clinic room, ensuring the maximum flexibility for my clients. Occasionally, Saturday morning appointments are available. Embryo Transfer treatments require particular flexibility, which I am happy to offer, subject to notice and availability.
PAYMENT OPTIONS I accept cash and major debit and credit cards. COURSES OF TREATMENT Treatments are generally bookable and payable on an individual session basis. However, after your first treatment you may wish to book a course of treatments taking advantage of the discounts offered. Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of payment for 5 treatments or within 12 months for 10 treatments. However, for couples undergoing fertility treatment, I am happy for them both to share the course of treatments.
GIFT VOUCHERS Give friends and family the gift of improved quality of health with Acupuncture gift vouchers. Please ask me for details. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issue.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(applicable to all treatments, including course bookings and gift voucher bookings)
I would ask all clients to give me a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancelled appointment.
Please note that my cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 24 hours notice no charge
Less than 24 hours notice 50% of fee due for the appointment
No notice/ failed appointment 100% of fee due for the appointment
Finally, I request that you do not arrive for treatment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
